Editorial reading
Editorial interpretation: The moves between sites offer a way to read the garden through changing academic and spatial needs. Separating institutional foundation from the establishment of the present grounds avoids assigning one date to every part of its history.
Recommendation
Consult the operator’s current visitor information for seasonal opening, garden and glasshouse access, and accessibility. Use the recorded location to identify the garden, then confirm the public entrance. The source photograph records one season and does not promise the same planting display on your visit.
