The garden of Château Perrier at Épernay
Built between 1852 and 1856 by Eugène Cordier for the champagne merchant Charles-Nicolas Perrier, the château on the avenue de Champagne was classified in 2013 with its garden and the whole of its parcel.

Château Perrier is a château at Epernay, Marne, in the Grand Est region of France. The recorded building campaign dates from the 19th century. It is protected as a monument historique at the higher of the two levels (classé). Details are drawn from the Base Mérimée of the French Ministry of Culture.

The record describes a house that was at once residence, reception rooms and champagne cellars, built from 1852 — cellars first, then the two street pavilions, then the main block, finished inside at the end of 1856 — with the cast-iron statue Le Veneur installed in the court in 1890, and cellars used as a military hospital for Italian troops in the First World War. The 2013 classification names the house in full with its great cellar, the entrance pavilions, the railing and its retaining wall, the paving of the court, the statue and its base, the garden and the whole parcel.
