Editorial reading

Editorial interpretation: the garden offers a way to compare habitat-based arrangements with classifications and human uses of plants. The shipbuilding collection links botanical material with the region’s maritime culture.

Recommendation

Compare the habitat displays with the botanical-family labyrinth and tree-use collection. Check current municipal visitor information before travelling; the garden’s representations of coastal habitats are designed collections, and access may vary.
